The Angel Experiment by James Patterson
One of my favorite series that I have read soo far is the Maximum Ride series! :]] And the first book in the series is called The Angel Experiment. This book always keeps you wanting more. From the first page you were drawn in.
The book is about this girl named Max and her 5 friends, who call themselves the Flock, they call themselves this because they are 2% bird and 98% human. And I know what your thinking, part bird?! Yep. They fly and everything. They were made that way in a place called the School by scientists. And for the past 4 years they have been free from the School. They escaped with their friend, Jeb. And then two years after they escaped Jeb disappears and then Max and her Flock are left to survive by themselves.
The Flock suddenly are attacked by Erasers, they are 1/2 wolf and 1/2 human, and one of their friends is kidnapped. And its up to Max and the rest of the Flock to save her. Along the way they have many struggles, for example getting seperated, to having to find food and shelter. And then there is the problem of how to get Angel, the little girl who was kidnapped, and not get caught.
This book has soo many great things in it. I think it was beautifully written. :]] I highly recommend it too anyone who like adventure, suspense, and a lot of humor.
